  Because if this Geoff ever comes clean, then Lloyd has already painted a picture that Lloyd was the victim here.

  And here's the rub... It might not be necessarily Geoffrey he needs to worry about. Lloyd gave details of Geoffrey's misdeeds, including him marking his own sister for dating before her divorce was final and enforcing it on people who were seen anywhere with her, including Lloyd. Anyone who went to Bramhall or a nearby congregation reading his book would know PRECISELY who he was speaking about when he says "Geoffrey".

  His singular focus on Geoffrey "poisons the well" as sbf said, so if anyone who knew about it and confronted Lloyd, he had a ready retort. "You must have heard those lies from Geoffrey, and I documented all the reasons why he has an axe to grind against me".

  The fact that he does turn up the volume on Geoffrey lends credence that what he did was known in Bramhall. If not, why worry about being blackmailed?

  The claim he himself made that he included details in his book to prevent someone from blackmailing him?

  I find it curious that he spent a few pages going over the misdeeds of the evil elder “Geoffrey” before segueing right into him being caught sexting as if they were related or consecutive events.
  
  He spent maybe a few sentences explaining what he did, but pages on Geoffrey. Almost like he was priming his readers to accept his version of events and to believe Geoffrey had an axe to grind. He REALLY wanted his readers to know how bad this guy was and how he wanted to get Lloyd.

  He was clear about the sexting incident and what subsequently happened. To completely omit that she left him and the UK is one hell of a distortion of reality. However, it is consistent with those who feel something a lot worse than sexting a random online stranger happened.

  It’s also notable in the book that while he didn’t want to involve elders (police??), she was adamant the elders get involved. He clearly didn’t like that, and refused to do so in Bramhall because of Geoffrey.

  Raymond Frantz - Didn’t you say that the JC was in Bramhall, not Wilmslow? If so, that’s another lie and you have to wonder what he’s covering up.

  The part about the poor health of her parents was also likely not true. Dijana has to be in her late 30s by now and subtract 13 from that puts her in her mid to late 20s in 2009. Assuming her parents had her in their 20s, that would have put them in the late 40s, early 50s age group in 2009. Hardly people who qualify as having “health problems” due to old age. Another lie or exaggeration.

  I too have serious doubts regarding the veracity of his account of his sexting scandal in the UK. And if Dijana did tell Kim she fled the country and Lloyd flew in to woo her back, that changes things entirely. It would confirm a detail “Marko” stated and this is directly in conflict with Lloyd’s account.

  I think by now it should be obvious something big happened and it went beyond sexting another adult. That is a minor offence in the JWs and hardly a reason to pick up and leave the way he did. He might have lost privileges but it’s generally not a disfellowshipping offence provided he was repentant. His stated reasons for moving to Croatia don’t mesh and there seems to be another big reason why he moved there that he’s not telling us. Add in the strange nature of his JC being attended by a branch rep and his whole narrative is shot to hell about this being just about a sexting incident between consenting adults.

  She bought the $150 perk and wanted her space to be donated to someone else mutually agreed upon who would then be able to tell their story. It was a fair exchange, since he’d still get the money he wanted.

  But Lloyd doesn’t like it when people don’t follow his instructions, especially women.

  Now you can see exactly the type of person who become those types of elders. He'd be getting his jollies by listening to the stories and grilling (sisters especially) on what happened, all for something to play with himself later in his little wanking shed.

  There’s a bit of background to that, and it leads into why he was booted from the TTATT project. Jennifer Torres was a personal real life friend of Javier Ortiz whose CSA survivor daughter was interviewed by Lloyd for the project. She knew Lloyd like all of us do - online - but he came highly recommended by Ortiz.

  She even served a home cooked meal at her home for Lloyd and Ortiz when he came to Southern California for TTATT filming.

  When he was crowdfunding off CSA stories to include in his second book, Jennifer paid the $150 but didn’t want their story in there. Instead she offered Lloyd to interview someone else in her stead. Lloyd reacted like Lloyd does and put her in her place, telling her she had no right to tell him how to run his business, etc.

  A huge Twitter fight erupted with the same typical result pre-2022 - Jennifer was chastised for telling Lloyd his business and being a “hater” by Lloyd and his goon squad. Hardly anyone supported her and she was effectively banished as a “cedars-basher”. Keep in mind this is someone who DONATED $150 to him. She didn’t want it back, she just wanted him to interview someone else, anyone else, who could not afford it for the book. Lloyd refunded her the $150 and continued ragging on not only her, but her daughter who was a CSA survivor interviewed by him just weeks prior.

  Jennifer’s real life friendship with Ortiz suffered because of this. Privately Ortiz acknowledged Lloyd was being a diva and what she asked wasn’t intrusive, but for him the good outweighed the bad as it did for many others. She got a similar vibe from O’Donnell.

  After the Thailand revelations, in a series of “I told you so” tweets, Jennifer made an apt observation:

  She felt violated that Lloyd had interviewed her daughter about her CSA abuse, not knowing if he wasn’t getting off somehow by hearing it in detail.

  She deleted her account soon afterwards as the Cedars goon squad was still on patrol in February 2022 and giving her a lot of hate for it.

  Per her explicit request, Ortiz removed their footage from TTATT. As more CSA survivors who were involved in the project came forward and refused consent, Ortiz had little choice but to remove Lloyd instead of losing all these important voices.

  THIS is how CSA survivors are treated by Lloyd. It’s essentially: “You are great as long as I can use your content, but the minute you stand up to me, I will harass and banish you from social media and you will not have your friends anymore”.

  It was ultimately that her parents told her she had to stay with him.

  So Lloyd benefitted from JW doctrine keeping his wife in check. And then quickly discarded those beliefs once she had returned to him, writing her a letter on 1 January 2010 outlining all his doubts about the org.

  Went did she get pregnant ? Could it be , he did that in purpose for he to get pregnant ,that way she would be trap to stay with him ?

  She had their first child a few years later, in May 2014. The time period being spoken about is in 2009 when Lloyd got caught sexting and Dijana fled to Croatia.

  My understanding was that dijana went back home and Lloyd followed her and agreed to move there to be with her.

  Wasn’t that what Marko was saying in those FB posts in 2017? That they tried to help her get away from him and he followed? I think he said that in his testimony too.

  I doesn’t surprise me she told you that because it is completely in character for Dijana. She does not like confrontation, she felt betrayed by him and didn’t want to go through the humiliation of testifying about what he did in front of the elders. The only way she felt she could stop that behaviour was by leaving him and putting him in the position where he’d have to convince her to keep that marriage going.

  The sad thing is that she should have ended it then and there. Her life would be so much different now. But Lloyd had organisational policy on his side and what he did with those “girls” was pornea, not for fornication. I’m sure he frequently reminded her that if she left it would not be a scriptural divorce and she would not be free to marry anyone else.
